BÖREK HARCI İÇİN

-150 gr. dana kıyma

-2 adet kuru soğan

-1- 2 sivri biber

-1 demet maydanoz

-1 küçük domates

-Tuz, karabiber

YAPILIŞI:

HAMURUN YAPILIŞI

1- Bir tencerede 1 bardak süt, yarım bardak sıvı yağ, 1 yumurta, 1 çay kaşığı tuz ve kabartma tozu karıştırılır.

2- Elenmiş un ile orta yumuşaklıkta bir hamur yapılır. 24 parçaya ayrılır.

3- Hamur parçaları nişasta ile 10- 12 cm çapında açılıp araları tekrar nişastalanır ve 12 adedi üst üste konarak iki grup yapılır.

4- Hamur grupları 35- 40 cm. çapında açılıp, birinci parça yağlanmış tepsiye yerleştirilir.

5- Üzerine kıymalı harç konduktan sonra diğer parça üzerine kapatılır ve hafifçe bastırılır.

6- Börek istenilen şekilde dilimlenir. Üzerine 1 su bardağı az kızdırılmış sıvı yağ kaşık kaşık dökülür.

7- Orta ısılı fırında pembe renkte pişirilir.

KIYMALI BÖREK HARCININ YAPILIŞI

1- Küçük doğranmış soğan, biber ve maydanoz sapları 2 kaşık yağ ile hafifçe kavrulur.

2- Kıyma ilave edilir, daha sonra domates rendelenir. Suyunu çekince ateşten alınıp tuz,
karabiber ve doğranmış maydanoz yaprakları konur, karıştırılır.
